After leaving Blogger and searching for a new blogging platform, I eventually settled on WordPress (not the hosted one, the downloadable local version because it gives greater control and ownership).

WordPress is pretty good, but it can use some work, and that’s where this site comes in.

It’s just a shame that this is one of the least inviting of the Stack Exchange sites; some of the users (including high-rep users) are hostile, unwelcoming, and too judgmental of people’s questions. That sort of tyrannical fascism is not conducive to a good community. ¬_¬
