Every now and then, someone asks a question specific to a particular version of WordPress. Many times, these questions are asked on Stack Overflow and migrated here ... the OP doesn't follow the question, and we're left with an abandoned "please help me with WP 3.1.2" question here.

Other times, someone asks a question about a specific WP version and just never comes back.
Should we close such questions as "too localized?"
